At Activ Abou Alaa, we are committed to your peak performance; if your sports gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and protective seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
